Therefore, he spent his time studying the Central Nervous System and how it relates to the overall function of the human body. He mainly focused on the detection and correction of Vertebral Subluxation and it’s roll in the restoration and maintenance of health. Dr. Peterson is more than ef?cient in several Chiropractic Adjusting Techniques, all of which have been proven most effective in reducing Subluxation of the spine.
Dr. Peterson received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in March of 2003. A few months later he founded Virginia Hill Chiropractic with his long time friend, Dr. Adam Eisamen. Together they literally built their of?ce from the ground up. Over the last ten years, through word of mouth, their practice has grown exponentially and is now a permanent part of the community and serving hundreds of patients a month. Dr. Peterson stays involved with many Chiropractic organizations including the International Chiropractic Association, Georgia Council of Chiropractic, International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations, The Foundation for Vertebral Subluxation and the Movement for Chiropractic Quality and Integrity. Originally from outside Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Dr. Adam Eisaman and his family were introduced to chiropractic when he was nine years old. His uncle graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in 1985 and did a fine job of educating Dr. Eisaman and his family on the true benefits of maintaining a healthy nervous system. Due to his personal experience with chiropractic, after completing his undergraduate studies at Muskingum College in Ohio, Dr. Eisaman decided to attend chiropractic school at Life University and graduated with his doctorate degree in 2003.
Adam was very active in sports growing up and continues his active lifestyle through resistance training and participating in various running events. He recognizes that in addition to optomizing the function of the body’s nervous system through chiropractic, having a positive mental attitude, proper nutrition, reducing chemical stressors, and getting regular exercise are all important when it comes to being your healthiest.
Dr. Eisaman expands his knowledge, and strengthens his chiropractic philosophy, through regularly attending seminars. By keeping up to date on the latest information in neurology, nutrition, sports injury treatment, and adjusting techniques, he continues to improve his ability to provide the highest quality of care for his patients.
